Refund policy

Delivery

We reserve the right to change the delivery day temporarily or permanently and will inform you if we do so. If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example bad weather, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this causes. 

Product Purchases

Once an order is processed, we will do all we can to fulfil your order. Products are subject to market availability, so a product may become unavailable after accepting an order. If we are unable to deliver a product that you have ordered, we may substitute this product with another. If you do not accept the substitute and you have paid already, we will refund you the price. We will bear no liability for the unavailability of products. 

Product Issues

If we have not delivered a product, delivered the wrong item, or you are not
satisfied with the quality of a product, you must inform us within 24hrs of receiving
the delivery.

In some cases we will require the product to be available for collection, or ask that
you send us a photograph of the product in question.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Cancellation

You have until 10pm on the day before a delivery to skip, pause or cancel your order. We can not accept any refund requests for cancellations after this time. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
