London Veg Box is a weekly fruit and veg box from London's growers and British farms, delivered free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays across west, south-west and parts of south-east London, from £17.50 a week. It suits people who cook at home, like eating with the seasons and want to know who grew their food. It isn't for you if you need a delivery time slot, want everything organic or want the lowest price. We'd rather you knew that now than three weeks in.

Who is London Veg Box for?
- You cook at home. Arti, the head chef in our app, plans dinners from what came this week, starting with what needs eating first.
- You like the seasons. Every week we pick what's at its peak, from over 100 varieties across the year.
- You care where it's from. London's growers first, then British farms, as close to London as we can. When ours isn't ready, some comes from Europe. Nothing is ever flown in. Every grower is named, and every box has something grown in London.
- You like a say. Every Tuesday morning until 10am, pick up to six favourites and up to three things to leave out. Tell us what you never want and it never comes. Do nothing and your box still comes, built around your saved tastes.
Who isn't it for?
- You want the lowest price. Item for item, we sit close to the supermarkets' top ranges. Everything is picked at its peak and chosen around your tastes, so it gets eaten. Watching what you spend? Start with an XS, or have it every two weeks.
- You need a time slot. We deliver 11am to 8pm on your day, with no slots, so our routes cover the fewest miles. We email when your box is on its way, with a live arrival time, and again when it's delivered. If you're out, we leave it in your safe place.
- Neither Tuesday nor Wednesday works for you. Your day is set by your postcode, so check it before you start.
- You need everything organic. Some of our produce is organic, but not all of it. When the best version of something is organic, that's what we send. In 2026 we asked subscribers if we should go fully organic at a higher price. Over 90% said no.
- You want the same things all year. If it isn't at its peak, we wait until it is.

Is London Veg Box worth it?
That depends on how much of it you eat. Peak-season produce, chosen around your tastes, is food that gets eaten rather than thrown away.
Seen veg for a few pence in a supermarket? That's a loss leader: sold below cost to get you through the door. It makes good food look overpriced. Our prices pay for food grown well by growers we name, and every box backs London's growers.

Which size should I choose?
- Eat out a lot? Go smaller.
- Cook from scratch most nights? Size up.
- Vegetarian or vegan? Usually one size bigger than your headcount.
- Using us alongside a supermarket shop? Many subscribers pick a Small.
Picked the wrong size? Change it, switch to every two weeks, skip a week or pause in the app, free, up to 10pm on the Monday before delivery. Going away? Just pause.
How do I make it last?
The app shows you how to store everything, and Arti plans your week around what needs eating first. Still too much? Drop a size or have it every two weeks.

What if something goes wrong?
If your box doesn't arrive or something's missing, tell us and we'll redeliver, credit your account or refund, whichever you prefer. If something isn't the quality you'd expect, email hello@londonvegbox.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll put it right.
How does the free taster work?
The free taster is two peak-season items from our growers, delivered free. It isn't a full box. It starts a subscription: your first full box comes a week later on a weekly plan, or two weeks later if you chose every two weeks. We email you a reminder first. Cancel by 10pm on the Monday before that first box and you pay nothing.
