When do you deliver?

We deliver every Tuesday between 5pm-9pm. You will be sent a 2 hour delivery estimate and and receive a tracking link when your order is on the way.

When do I need to place my order?

The cut-off time for Tuesday delivery is Monday at 11pm.

Who will deliver my box?

Our fruit and veg boxes are delivered by ourselves. We take pride in providing a personal touch to our delivery service and ensuring that your box arrives at your doorstep in the best possible condition. Our delivery riders and drivers are friendly, reliable, and passionate about bringing you the best seasonal produce straight to your door.

How do I return my box?

Simply leave your box out on your delivery day and we'll collect and reuse.

Why are your deliveries all on a Tuesday?

Our routes are planned to minimise carbon emissions and food miles, meaning we can’t offer delivery time slots. This ensures we have fewer vehicles on the road and can keep the delivery charge low. It also means your produce is with you in as little as 36 hours after being picked.

What if I'm not going to be in?

We can leave somewhere safe or with a neighbour. You can also skip, pause of cancel your delivery at any time by letting us know at hello@londonvegbox.com or by Managing Your Account.

How do subscriptions work?

By subscribing, you not only get to enjoy a regular supply of fresh produce but also help us minimise waste by planning ahead with our growers, suppliers, and packers.

Your first payment will be charged at the time of order via credit or debit card. Following payments will be charged on the morning of your delivery, usually around 5 am on a Tuesday.

How are you reducing your carbon footprint?

We have implemented a number of ways to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing delivery days, optimising delivery routes, and using shared electric cargo bikes.

How does contact free delivery work?

We offer contact-free delivery for your safety and convenience. Our delivery drivers have received clear guidelines on how to deliver your order to you in the safest way possible. When your box is delivered, the driver will place it on your doorstep, ring the bell, and then retreat to a safe distance. This way, you can enjoy fresh produce without worrying about any unnecessary contact.

How do I customise my box?

Go ahead and order a box that's the right size for you. You'll receive a notification to customise your box on the morning of your delivery, it only takes 2 minutes.
