There’s nothing quite like the feeling of opening your door to a box brimming with beautiful, seasonal produce, knowing it’s as fresh as can be. We’re passionate about getting that goodness to you, and we’ve made our delivery service as simple and friendly as our veg is delicious.

How It All Works

Getting your hands on our glorious veg is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Choose Your Box: Pick the perfect size box for you, brimming with the best of the season.
   
2. Shape Your Box: Every Tuesday morning we'll send you a link to customise your box where you can let us know your favourites and least favourites.
3. Enjoy Your Box: We'll bring your veg box right to your doorstep every Tuesday PM on your schedule, complete with personalised and adaptable recipes.

Don’t forget: to get in on Tuesday’s delivery, make sure you’ve placed your order by Monday at 10pm.

We’re not just passionate about veg; we’re passionate about our planet too. That’s why we do things a little differently here.

• Our very own delivery team: Your veg box will be delivered by one of our friendly team members. We take pride in our personal touch, ensuring your produce arrives in perfect condition.
• Eco-friendly routes: We plan our delivery routes to be as green as possible, which is why we can’t offer specific time slots. This means fewer vans on the road, lower carbon emissions, and a happier planet. It also means your veg is with you just 36 hours after being picked!
• Green machines: We’re proud to use shared electric cargo bikes for some of our deliveries. We also fund projects to ensure carbon-neutral last-mile delivery on all orders.
• Contact-free and safe: Your safety is our priority. Our drivers will place your box on your doorstep, ring the bell, and step back to a safe distance.

Got a question? We’ve got you covered.

• What if I’m not in? No problem! We can leave your box in a safe place or with a neighbour. Just let us know. You can also easily skip, pause, or cancel your delivery at any time through your online account or by dropping us a line at hello@londonvegbox.com.
• How do I return my box? We love to reuse! Simply leave your empty box out on your next delivery day, and we’ll pick it up.
• Why should I subscribe? Subscribing is the best way to get your regular dose of veg joy and help us reduce waste by planning with our growers. Plus, you get some great perks:

• How does payment work? Your first payment is taken when you place your order. After that, you’ll be charged on the morning of your delivery, usually around 5am on a Tuesday.
