Delivery Information

Every Tuesday evening, your box arrives on your doorstep — packed that day, from farms that delivered to us that morning. Here's everything you need to know about how it works.

When do you deliver?

Every Tuesday PM. We don't offer specific time slots — our routes are planned to be as efficient as possible, which keeps a lid on emissions and means we can offer free delivery. 

What's the order cut-off?

Monday at 10pm. Any changes to your order — swapping items, skipping a week, updating your address — need to be made before then. After that, we're packing and the van is being loaded.

What if I'm not in?

No problem. Our drivers will leave your box in a safe place. If you have a specific spot you'd like them to use — a porch, a side gate, with a neighbour — just add a note to your account and we'll pass it on.

Who delivers?

Our own team, not a courier. Every box is handled by someone who works for us, which means they know what's inside, how it should be treated, and who to contact if something goes wrong. All deliveries are carbon-neutral.

How do I return my box?

Leave your empty box out on your next delivery day and we'll take it back. We reuse everything we can.

How does payment work?

Your first payment is taken when you place your order. After that, you're charged on the morning of your delivery — usually around 5am on Tuesday.

We currently cover south and west London, including:

SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW9, SW10, SW11, SW12, SW13, SW14, SW15, SW16, SW17, SW18, SW19, SW20 — W6, W8, W12, W14 — SE11, SE21, SE24

Not on the list? We're adding new postcodes in 2026. 

A note on subscriptions

Subscribing is the best way to get your box — it's how we plan with our growers, reduce waste, and keep delivery free. But it's designed to flex around your life. Skip a week, pause for as long as you need, cancel whenever you like. The only thing to remember is the Monday 10pm cut-off for that week's delivery.
