Crate to Plate Salad Dressing (100ml)

A fresh herb vinaigrette made with Genovese basil and garlic chives grown by Crate to Plate in their vertical farms in London, indoors and without soil, with no pesticides and up to 95% less water than a field. Balanced and herby, for leaves, roast vegetables and grain bowls. Nothing to preserve or stabilise it, so shake it well. A 100ml bottle. Keep in the fridge.

Ingredients: Garlic chives, basil, rapeseed oil, olive oil, Dijon mustard, agave syrup, white wine vinegar, water, salt. Contains mustard, sulphites.
