Strawberries
Grown by Hugh Lowe Farms in Kent, the family who've supplied Wimbledon's strawberries since 1993. Sixth-generation growers, picked at peak ripeness, in your box within 48 hours of leaving the field. Perfumed, red right through to the core, the scent hits before the taste does. Eat them the day they arrive, standing at the counter, with nothing on them. If they make it to day two, hull and halve into a bowl with torn basil and a crack of black pepper. Or fold through whipped cream and crushed shortbread.
